The Flight Training & Standards Administrator is responsible for all administrative functions associated with training and standards activities. Areas of emphasis include, but are not limited to, handling all duties associated with support activities for flight crew members including, new hire orientation, coordinating leadership visits to the classroom, and recognition activities.

Your Duties And Responsibilities as a Standards Administrator

  • Schedule and maintain all training devices for Allegiant training and OAL (Other Airline) usage.
  • Manage and oversee training requirements for pilots on leave status including reassignment of pending class dates, rescheduling of travel, adjustments to specified training documents, and notification to the flight attendant and respective company personnel.
  • Serve as the liaison between Flight Training & Standards and Flight Ops Admins to assist with the coordination of pilot uniforms including assignment of annual uniform allotments, monthly review, and verification of uniform vendor invoicing, and resolving pilot/vendor ordering discrepancies.
  • Process all Pilot Training/Checking paperwork to include template adjustments specific to class participants, distribution of documents to field instructors, collection, and review for accuracy of completed paperwork, and electronic file submissions to designated drive folders.

Who Can Apply For This Position 

  • Highly proficient in the use of Excel; proficient in the use of other Microsoft Office Products.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to travel locally between campuses as needed.
  • Familiarization with travel booking software.
  • Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively with people at all levels.
