Your Duties And Responsibilities as a Senior Product Designer

  • Planned, conduct and synthesize user research to generate product discoveries and requirements, and evaluate designs.
  • Generate and iterate UI prototypes (low- through high-fidelity as appropriate) that effectively communicate design intent to the cross-functional product team and stakeholders.
  • Develop and help implement design strategies for all stages of a product’s lifecycle.
  • Drive and maintain the quality of design and consistency of deliverables across the design group by defining standard templates and processes.
  • Lead high-level user-centered design best practices, from interaction design, information architecture, and usability fundamentals to accessibility standards, balancing user needs with business goals and technology capabilities.
  • Lead by example and mentor less experienced product designers in Product Design, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design competencies.
  • Design inclusively in full consideration for employees of different abilities and in compliance with applicable accessibility requirements.
