Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

  • Conduct welcome calls to CIB new hires to ensure having a positive employee experience.
  • Conduct exit interviews over the phone and update the Exit Analysis sheet promptly to ensure thorough analysis and recommendations are provided.
  • Resolve CIB employees’ queries, by following the clearly defined process and in line with the approved policies, or escalate the case to the relevant HR department/team to provide the employees with the relevant answers/solutions.
  • Develop analysis and recommendations based on the data generated from relevant systems in order to answer queries efficiently.
