You are expected to ascertain customers’ needs and respond in such a way as to exceed the customer’s expectations and communicate the Delta brand.

Who Can Apply For This Position

  • Consistently makes safety and security, of self and others, the priority
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree preferred, with excellent knowledge of geographical locations.
  • Highly proficient, both written and verbal, in English and Korean to communicate effectively with our customers in the English and Korea-speaking markets.
  • Provide clear, pleasant, and courteous phone & written communication with proper use of grammar, tone, and pronunciation, with the customers.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and attention to detail.
  • Desire to learn and apply specific sales training techniques to generate revenue.
  • Able to work a variety of daytime shifts as well as on weekends and public holidays.
  • Administratively meticulous and performance-driven.
  • Provide support to the contact center with regard to passenger tickets, special requests, and airport assistance for our internal and external customers.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer application skills.
  • Ability to work in a team with a diverse culture.
