Your Duties And Responsibilities as an Analyst Digital Personalization

  • Works with internal stakeholders (i.e., Digital Experience, Digital Analytics, Customer 360, Data Science, Revenue Management) to ensure cross-company alignment toward digital personalization revenue targets
  • Works closely with the Personalization team to ensure Digital Personalization needs are being factored into all Customer facing initiatives
  • Partner closely with the Manager, Digital Personalization on Customer journey mapping exercises, A/B tests, and UX and design tests
  • Assist in managing business partner relationships
  • Stay current with Digital Personalization best practices to maximize the conversion rate, attach rate, and other key digital metrics
  • Identify and analyze trends and shifts in Customer digital behavior
  • Compiles, tracks, and analyzes metrics and distributes reports as needed
  • Delivers high-quality analyses for various stakeholders with a quick turnaround time
  • Works with team leadership and IT resources on all program development – including functionality updates, Proof of Concept testing, and requirements gathering
  • Other duties as assigned
