  • Previous experience in a training environment

  • Sound knowledge of adult learning methodologies

  • Demonstrated commitment to Customer Service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure and prioritize multiple projects
  • A Bachelor of Education or similar certification is a definite asset
